Creating a new e-mail addressFirst enter a new e-mail name, for example ‘info’, then select a domain name if there are more than one domain names registered. Finally click on Create. The e-mail address will be created and the status icon next to your new e-mail will show up Changing the passwordTo change a password for an e-mail account click on Password next to the e-mail address you want to modify. Enter a new password and confirm by entering the same password again. Finish the process by clicking on Change password. E-mail forwardingTo enable e-mail forwarding click on Redirect next to the e-mail address you want to modify. Now enter an e-mail address you want messages to be sent to, then click Save.
Note: This address needs to be part of an external domain. Email forwarding can be stopped by clicking on E-mail details for POP3, STMP, IMAPTo configure details for POP3, SMTP and IMAP click on Details displayed next to the e-mail address you want to configure. You need these details to set up your e-mail clients like Outlook or Thunderbird or e-mail capable devices like a PDA or mobile phone.
IMAP is the best choice to be used for receiving e-mails by PDA or your mobile phone. This protocol clears out messages on the e-mail server after sending the message to you, in contrast to the POP3 protocol. IMAP is best used when several users share one account.
