The module ‘Photo album’ automatically imports directories containing images. It allows you to define a short and detailed description for each image. Change the layout, the number of images per site and the image size itself!

The optimal images size gets automatically calculated by the CMS, therefore omitting time consuming cropping of pictures. With installing multiple instances of a module, you can create image galleries for different topics like products, company tour, facilities, employees or private photos.
In editing mode click on Module -> Photo album. If you already created an image directory, click on File management and select the directory. To set up an album, select New album. The module creates the underlying database, imports existing images and stores files in a directory called ‘Photo’. After all that, the photo album can be found at following URL: http://www.yourdomain.com/Photo/Photo.html.
To link a menu item to the new photo album, press Edit menu and create a new menu item called photo album. Now click on Link menu item with page and select the web page called Photo.html html within the directory Photo. Save the menu and check the result.
The functions of adding or changing images in a photo album can be accessed by using database buttons . While staying in editing mode these buttons will show up for every image (data set). By clicking on Edit record, the file will be opened in the Database editor.
